Have you lived in Spain and lost your residence permit? This could be your second chance!
The second-chance arraigo residence permit is designed for individuals who previously held legal residence in Spain but were unable to renew their permit for reasons unrelated to public order, national security, or public health.
Even if your renewal was denied, or if you were subject to a dismissed case or an acquittal, you may now have the opportunity to regularize your status.
This residence permit also includes work authorization — both as an employee and as a self-employed professional — without geographic or occupational restrictions during its validity.
At IGOLAW, we guide you through the entire process: analyzing your immigration background, preparing all required documentation, submitting your application, and legally representing you before the authorities.
Let us handle the legal process so you can focus on rebuilding your stability and fully exercising your right to work in Spain.
