RESIDENCE DURATION

In both cases, the initial residence authorization is granted for up to 3 years and can be renewed for an additional 2 years.

Academic Qualification :

Possess a degree equivalent to Higher Vocational Training

Professional Experience :

Have at least 3 years of professional experience considered equivalent to the required qualification.

Job Offer :

Must have a valid job offer from a Spanish company that is registered and compliant with legal obligations.

Territorial and Employer Limitation: :

The national PAC authorization is valid only within Spain and is tied exclusively to the sponsoring company. It does not permit changing employers or
relocating to other EU countries.

Limitation to national territory and dependency on the employe :

The national HQP (Highly Qualified Professional) authorization is valid only for Spain and is exclusively tied to the company that hires the professional. It does not allow switching to another company or entering other European Union countries.
