Payment must follow the proforma invoice sent to the client. After confirmation, IGOLAW SLP will issue the corresponding invoice.
Services are provided according to the prices listed on the Website. Prices may include applicable taxes and are subject to regular updates.
Payments are made in two 50% installments:
Payments are made securely through the App, following this Pricing and Payment Policy to ensure transparency and security.
Access to the App is indefinite, but services depend on the contract for each legal procedure.
Either the User or IGOLAW SLP may terminate the relationship at any time under the General Conditions. Termination does not exempt the User from pre-existing obligations such as unpaid balances or contractual commitments.
Refunds for payments made through the Website or App are processed under the Refund Policy.
This policy applies to services contracted via the Website or App. By submitting a service request, the User accepts the stated terms and conditions.

Price changes do not affect Users who have already contracted services. New clients are subject to current prices and terms at the time of contracting.
