These general conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.igolaw.com (hereinafter, “the Website”) and the private area application https://igolawslp.copilot.app (hereinafter, “the App”). Accessing and browsing the Website and the App implies acceptance of these conditions.
IGOLAW SLP reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website without prior notice.
Any person, natural or legal, who accesses, browses, uses, or participates in the services offered on this website will be considered a User, regardless of whether they are registered on the platform.
By accessing the Website, the User agrees to comply with these terms and applicable laws, committing to proper use of the platform and available services. Users will be held responsible before IGOLAW SLP and third parties for any damages resulting from breach of these obligations.
To ensure a secure and efficient environment, IGOLAW SLP reserves the right to restrict access to Users who violate the established terms or misuse the platform.

By accessing or using the Website and the App, the USER does so under their sole responsibility, which implies having read, understood, and expressly accepted these General Conditions in their current version.
Registered Users may be subject to particular conditions that replace, supplement, or modify these General Conditions.
IGOLAW SLP may modify these terms or services at any time. Registered Users will be notified of major changes via email.
Continued use implies acceptance. Users who disagree must stop using the Website and App.
These General Conditions apply to all Users. Nothing herein affects legally recognized consumer rights.
The Website and App are not directed to users under the age of 18. By using the platform, the User declares to be over 18.
Users must use the Website and App according to these terms, policies, applicable law, and public order.
The App is for registered clients to manage legal matters and communicate with IGOLAW staff.
All documents sent to IGOLAW SLP via the App are assumed to be truthful and unaltered. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
IGOLAW SLP may suspend/delete accounts and notify authorities if fraudulent content is detected.
Services are for registered App users only. Service selection, data provision, and agreement are required to contract.
Clients receive a contract via the App, which must be signed before services begin. The agreement is not valid until signed and paid.
Payments follow posted prices and are made in two 50% installments:
Payments are made securely via the App. External fees are billed separately with prior notice.
Refunds are subject to the Return Policy. Online payments imply acceptance of refund conditions.
The Website owner complies with Organic Law 3/2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
IGOLAW SLP follows Law 34/2002 and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. IGOLAW is not responsible for user-uploaded content. Upon notice of violations, IGOLAW will act to restrict illegal content.
Users are responsible for Internet and device costs. IGOLAW is not responsible for third-party content accessed via links.
Access is indefinite but services depend on signed agreements. Either party may end the relationship at any time. Termination does not void prior obligations.
IGOLAW may update service terms due to legal or operational reasons. Clients may cancel before service begins according to their contract and refund terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Barcelona or via the EU platform: EU ODR Platform
