Have you completed your studies in Spain and want to stay to work or launch your professional project?
Now is the time to switch your study stay permit to a residence and work authorization — or a residence permit exempt from a work permit — all without leaving Spain or applying for a new visa.
This option is available to foreign nationals who have completed higher education, advanced vocational training, or certain officially recognized training programs, provided they have not received scholarships or aid through international development cooperation programs.
You can apply within three months of completing your studies. If approved, you will be granted a one- year residence permit, which may be renewed or extended based on your circumstances.
At IGOLAW, we assess your situation, guide you to the most suitable legal path, and manage the entire process so you can focus on building your future in Spain.
